Bargain dog collars are still good quality. They just are not Stone Creek perfect. Here is some examples of defects they may have: Hardware has became tarnished and/or has pitted some. An example picture of a buckle is shown above to show what hardware may look like.. All sales are final no exchanges or refund.  Collars come in packs of 4. Collars may be mixed in colors but will not vary in sizes. Limited supply
